The most interesting fixture of the weekend in the Scottish Premier League will be the matchup between Celtic FC and Dundee United. Celtic enters the match with a lot of injury concerns facing the club. Goalie Artur Boruc's status for the match is doubtful, having suffered an injury playing for Poland over the weekend. Midfielder Aiden McGeady, already suspended for the game against Dundee, picked up an injury playing for the Republic of Ireland against Cyprus. Scottish international Scott Brown is also questionable with an ankle injury sustained over the weekend in Scotland's 2-0 victory over Macedonia. Celtic's newest player, Marc-Antoine Fortune is likely to miss several games after an MRI revealed a knee injury that may keep him out through the remainder of September.

Both sides will be looking for all three points from this fixture in order to remain near the top of the table. A victory for Celtic keeps them atop the table while a victory for Dundee United could put them at or near the top of the table depending on the outcome of Rangers' fixture.
